MSL announces Boris Kushnir and Nate Davenport to the Firm's Shareholder Group
/It is with great pleasure that the owners of MSL announce, by unanimous vote, the admittance of Boris Kushnir and Nate Davenport to the Firm's Shareholder Group effective January 1, 2022. We believe that their admittance to the Shareholder group will enhance and strengthen our entire Leadership Team immediately and for years to come.
BORIS KUSHNIR
Boris has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and consulting and is a member of MSL's Skilled Nursing Facility Practice Group. He has been with MSL for more than seven years and has extensive experience providing services to clients in the healthcare and senior housing industries. He reviews and manages clients' Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and appeals and provides clients with strategic reimbursement consulting, forecasting, spending reviews, and Medicaid provider reimbursement rate projections to assist with budget planning.
NATE DAVENPORT
Nate has been with MSL for 15 years and is a leader in our health care and employee benefits plan audit groups. He audits several of the firm's largest health care clients. As an auditor, Nate works with his clients and develops strong relationships, proactively resolves issues arising from the audit process, and ensures that the engagement is performed in a consistent manner with our clients' goals. He is also proficient in audits of not-for-profit entities subject to Government Auditing Standards, Federal and State Single Audit requirements, and HUD audit requirements. He has a Master of Accountancy Degree and is a regular presenter of CPE at MSL University.
