Health Care Administration issues Emergency Order AHCA No. 20-002
/Today the Agency for Health Care Administration has issued Emergency Order AHCA No. 20-002. This emergency order extends the deadlines for March 2020 Quality Assessment payments until May 20, 2020. These payment extensions are effective immediately as of April 14, 2020. Please see attached Emergency Order for details.
In addition, American Health Care Association published Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related Provider Relief Funds.
Based on this document, providers who did not receive any funds yet have to do the following:
Contact DHHS at HOSPITALCOVID19@hhs.gov . In the email include:
Company Name
Building Name
Certification Number (CCN) for the building (see an explanation of a CCN)
The building’s TIN
Providers should expect the next round of funds to be distributed shortly. Round Two will address provider Medicaid payments, provider Medicare Advantage payments and providers in COVID hotspots.
