Position: Healthcare Intern
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Intern to join our dynamic team. As an Healthcare Intern at MSL, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You will oversee a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and analyzing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports (comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided).
Completing workpapers and schedules essential for supporting the work performed.
Accessing client information and manipulating large data files for analysis.
Participating in various consulting projects aimed at assisting our healthcare clients.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as an accounting major at a regionally accredited college or university as a junior or senior who has:
Completed Intermediate Accounting
Preferred overall GPA of 3.2/4.0
Preferred Accounting GPA of 3.3/4.0
