Farlen Halikman is a
Shareholder at Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A. and a key member of the Firm’s Healthcare
Practice Group. Farlen has over 20 years of experience in
public accounting and providing services to publicly held,
private and not-for-profit clients.
Professional Experience
He manages the audits and
reviews, financial reporting and quality assurance for
several of the Firm’s publicly held clients and works
closely with management, underwriters, securities counsel
and the SEC to assure compliance with all applicable rules
and regulations. He works with clients undergoing the IPO or
bond financing process and has been involved in all aspects
of the public offering process, preparation of registration
statements, official statements and ongoing reporting.
He provides progressive consulting services in the areas of
internal accounting department structure, financing of new
projects, mergers and acquisitions and executive
compensation. Additionally, he facilitates the meeting of
client needs by utilizing the Firm’s specialists to provide
the most comprehensive consulting possible.
Farlen provides Continuing Professional Education training
to clients, peers and MSL staff and regularly gives
presentations on auditing standards, accounting and
reimbursement topics. As a primary client contact, Farlen
frequently makes presentations to client Boards of Directors
regarding audit results and financial statement reporting.
He has also taught accounting courses at the University of
Central Florida.
